2. Get Into Position

5. Count Slowly
Once you’ve noticed the experience shifting symptoms, you can start counting very slowly from 1 to 100.
The importance of counting to 100 is the ability of this level to separate your body from its current state and make it feel as if it is detached from what goes on around you.
Remember to breathe deeply the whole shifting process, and avoid any distractions even after you finish counting.
You can recite either identity affirmations or shifting affirmations for every tenth number to help you experience shifting symptoms. For example, “…9,10, I AM shifting…19,20, I AM abundant… 29,30, I AM confident… 39,40, I AM believing in my dreams…“
6. Visualize Your Desired Reality
The next step is to start visualizing your desired new reality once you feel detached from your body.
Visualize the setting, the sights, what you’re doing, how you look, and so on. Whatever helps you think and feel that you are in your desired reality.
If you struggle with visualization, ask yourself questions like, “What does my desired reality look like? What is your DR attitude? Is it cold or warm in your DR? Is it day or night? Is there anyone speaking? Do you smell anything?”
Perfecting the first six steps of the Julia shifting method depends on perfecting your focusing abilities as well as being able to shift your thoughts from your mind into a new reality.
7. Slowly Open Your Eyes
When you feel that you have arrived in your desired reality, open your eyes. Everything from your current reality will slowly fade away and your new reality will start to appear.
If you open your eyes thinking you’re there but aren’t, try scripting that your eyes will open automatically once you’ve successfully shifted.
8. Comfort Spots And Code Words Or Actions
The last step in the Julia shifting method is coming back to your CR. You can do that by setting code words or code actions in your script that when completed or said bring you right back when you’re ready.
