Sports – Whats good for you?
When it’s about sports you should try out what’s fun for you. Every person is different, so you should seek out what kind of sport fits you the best. If its fitness, swimming, cycling, running, etc., you will see if it fits for you if you try it.
You will see the benefits are worth it. It is scientifically proven that with daily sports, you feel happier, will be more productive and creative, and you will have more energy during the day.
Anyway, if you have no clue at all, here are some recommendations that, I have really good experiences with and which are especially beneficial for the whole body and health.
Sports – P90X 3
Tony Horton is well known as a personal fitness coach of many celebrities. I like his P90X3 Program because he combines so many different sports so you work on all aspects of the body. Also, Tony is really motivating and funny. Even when you are very busy, if you make health and sports priorities, you will find 30 Minutes a day to do this.

You may be thinking “Are you kidding…? YOGA???” Some years ago, I thought the same. Then by accident, I got in touch with yoga while travelling. In fact Iyengar Yoga is one of the toughest sports I know. The body exercises are very challenging. So, it is not only about Relaxing and Ohhmmm as some people think. Be open and search for a Iyengar teacher close to you.
No Sports I know can be as beneficial for your health as yoga. It reduces stress, works against depression, backpain, makes you stronger and more flexible. All the illnesses that are coming with aging and related that our bodies getting stiffer are preventable with yoga.
