Some years ago, I thought this was just normal. I assumed we will all die from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc., I’ve had no clue that most of the top 15 causes of death are preventable through lifestyle and especially dietary choices. I’ve had also no idea that many diseases are reversible with a healthy diet.
