Shifting realities is a motivational practice to give people the confidence to manifest their desired reality (DR) in real life.

In my role as a life coach, I am often helping people to create the dream life they always wanted – and that’s why I’m excited to share this article with you.

So, let’s dive in.

How To Shift Reality Using The Estelle Method

1. Meditate

Meditation primes your mind for the process of reality shifting. If your mind is buzzing with thoughts, it’ll be far more difficult to shift realities.

You might be tempted to ignore this first step, especially if it’s late at night, but it will make the following steps easier. By taking 10 minutes to calm your thoughts through meditation, you’ll find it naturally easier to stay focused on shifting.

2. Play Some Music That You Love To Dance To

It doesn’t matter if it’s a slow song or a fast song, although ideally it’s one that keeps you calm. Use headphones if you can, because these make it easier for you to fully immerse yourself in the music and stay focused on your shifting.

3. Lay In A Comfortable Position, Close Your Eyes And Focus On Your Breathing

Unlike other shifting methods, it’s not important what position you lie in. The more comfortable you are, the easier you’ll find it to shift.

4. Imagine Yourself Dancing With A Person From Your Desired Reality

Picture yourself in a room from your DR with a person from your DR. Begin dancing with this person to the music you put on. Don’t be self-conscious about your dancing. Maybe your DR self is a great dancer!

5. Travel Into Your Desired Reality With Your Accomplice

At one point, your song will finish. At this point, your friend will say: “It’s time for us to go now. It’s time to go home.“

Your friend will lead you to the door to your DR. When the door opens, all you’ll see is a bright white light. Trust your friend and walk through the light with them.

6. Repeat Affirmations

As you walk through the door, you may begin to experience some physical symptoms of shifting, like a feeling that you’re falling, for example. There’s no reason to panic as you’re falling. This is nothing but a clear sign that you’re shifting. Instead, you can use affirmations to calm yourself.

Here are some affirmations I like:

  • I am shifting.
  • I am going to my desired reality.
  • I love to be in my desired reality.
  • My new reality is amazing.

Shifting takes time, so don’t worry if it takes a while to get to the ‘other side’ of this journey.  Other symptoms of shifting include dizziness, feeling numb or feeling detached from your body like you’re in a lucid dream.

7. Open Your Eyes

If you’ve followed all of these steps correctly, you should open your eyes and wake up in a world that’s closer to your desired reality.

The Estelle Method is essentially a lucid dream that signals the vision of your DR to the Universe, while priming your mind to make it happen.

If you’re really good at lucid dreaming, this is a reality shifting method that might be particularly effective for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Let’s round off this guide with the answers to some frequently asked questions about reality shifting.

How Effective Is The Estelle Method?

Plenty of people have reported having successfully shifted their reality using the Estelle method.

However, to successfully accomplish this feat, it requires a fair amount of focus and belief in the process.

If you haven’t shifted using the Estelle Method, it might not be that you’re doing it wrong. Most likely, you need to try it again with stronger focus or a clearer vision of your DR.

What Song Should I Play For The Estelle Method?

It should be a song that’s close to your heart and one you enjoy dancing to. Other than that, it doesn’t matter, although some people in the shifting community recommend you choose a relaxing song that keeps you calm as you visualize your dance.

Should I Fall Asleep During The Estelle Method?

There is no guidance on whether falling asleep is necessary as you visualize during the Estelle Method. Most people will probably lie in bed to visualize their dance, so there’s every chance you could fall into a slumber, especially if you do it at night.

Still, even if that happens, there’s no suggestion that this will affect your ability to have shifted into your DR once your eyes open in the morning.

What Shifting Method Is The Most Successful?

There are many useful methods for reality shifting. You’re encouraged to explore several methods to find the one that works best for you.

Does The Pillow Method For Shifting Work?

The Pillow Method is one of the simplest reality-shifting techniques, but many people have reported great success using it.

What’s The Julia Method Shifting?

The Julia Method requires you to listen to Theta Waves, lay in the starfish position and count to 100 while reciting affirmations beginning with “I am”.

What Is The I Am Method For Shifting?

The “I Am” shifting method is essentially a simpler version of the Julia Method. It focuses on getting into a meditative state and reciting affirmations beginning with “I Am”.
